Need a Meeting Space in Brigham City? Book Ours Before Regular Business Hours

Before the first game of the day starts, our building sits quiet. We'd rather it be useful. So we rent it out before regular business hours: by the hour for one-time meetings, and by the month for groups that meet on a schedule.

Rooms and rates

We're at 42 South 100 West in downtown Brigham City, hidden in plain sight between the post office and the art center. Pick the room that fits your group:

Room Seats 55" TV Hourly (2-hr minimum) Monthly (weekly 2-hr slot)
The Vault Up to 6 — $25 $150
The Lotus Lounge Up to 12 Yes $35 $210
The Mox Parlor Up to 16 Yes $45 $270

Hourly is best for one-time meetings and events. Monthly is best for groups that meet on a regular schedule, with terms in writing so there are no surprises.

Who it's for

  • Business and networking groups: team meetings, chapter meetings, client sessions
  • Classes and tutoring: workshops, lessons, and one-on-one tutoring
  • Clubs and community groups: study groups, book clubs, nonprofits
  • Private game sessions: birthday parties, D&D campaigns, private drafts with your own crew

What's included

The TVs aren't just for slide decks. Use them for presentations, movie nights, video games, or anything else your group wants on the big screen.

Your reservation includes free Wi-Fi, coffee, and heating and air conditioning. You're welcome to bring food. Cleaning supplies are on hand, and we ask that you leave the room the way you found it; rooms that need cleaning afterward are charged a $25 cleanup fee.

Parking is easy: use any open stall in our lot, street parking, or the open lot across the street.

When

Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–1 PM, and Friday, 9 AM–12 PM, by reservation.

How to book

Send us a request through our booking form with your day, time, group size, and what you're planning. We'll confirm availability and send the details. You'll find everything in one place on our Room Reservations page.

Your next meeting doesn't have to happen in another beige conference room.
